Puding Kastard Berkuah Resipi

Sempat jugak buat puding ni time iftar kat umah akak last week.. Alhamdulillah it turns out well.. First time try the recipe from here..

So, here is the recipe.. Sedap dimakan sejuk2.. 

Bahan-bahan:

• 10gram serbuk agar-agar
• 4 cawan air
• 1 tin susu cair
• 1 1/2 cawan gula halus
• 1 cawan tepung kastard dibancuh dengan 1 cawan air
• 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Cara-cara:

• Masak agar-agar dan gula bersama air hingga mendidih dan gula larut
• Tuangkan susu cair
• Masukkan esen vanilla
• Bancuhkan tepung kastard dengan air
• Kemudian tapis dan tuang ke dalam adunan puding td
• Kacau adunan sampai hampir pekat
• Bila masak, tuang dalam acuan kecil. I letak fruit cocktail sikit dalam acuan baru letak adunan puding.
• Biar sejuk

* Untuk larutkan agar-agar, masukkan agar-agar dahulu dalam periuk kemudian baru masukkan air. Kacau rata baru letak atas dapur

Kuah Kastard

Bahan-bahan:

• 1 tin susu cair
• 2 gelas air
• 5 sudu besar gula pasir
• secubit garam
• 1 sudu besar tepung kastard
• 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
• fruit cocktail

Cara-cara:

• Masak susu cair, air dan gula dengan api perlahan sampai mendidih. 
• Bancuh tepung kastard dengan sedikit air
• Tuangkan ke dalam adunan kuah
• Tambahkan secubit garam dan esen vanilla. Biar mendidih
• Tutup api dan biarkan sejuk dan masukkan ke dlm peti ais.

Hidangkan dalam mangkuk besar. Masukkan kuah, letak ais & fruit cocktail & puding. Yummy~~

Simple Ayam Percik Recipe..

Ayam percik is one of menu wajib di bulan Ramadhan, for me n hubby lah.. Orang lain taktau la kan.. Hehe.. So, I made this menu on our 1st day Ramadhan.. Just simple and easy.. Here is the recipe:-

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam ( potong 4 )

3 cawan santan pekat ( make sure santan fresh baru sedap)

1/2 cawan air asam jawa

1 sudu kecil gula

1 sudu kecil halba

Cili giling dalam 1 1/2 sudu besar

Garam secukup rasa

Bahan yang perlu dimesin:

4 biji bawang putih

3cm halia

5 batang serai

Cara-cara:

1. Masak ayam dalam kuali bersama bahan mesin, santan, halba, cili giling dan asam jawa hingga sederhana masak. Make sure kacau selalu.
2. Alihkan ayam ke oven dan panggang pada suhu 200 degrees hingga ayam masak dan berwarna perang (dalam 15 - 20 minit). 
3. Biarkan kuah masak hingga pekat
4. Hidangkan

Senang je kan?? Semua campak je dlm kuali, kacau dan biar sampai masak.. Pastu masuk je dlm oven.. Yummy~~ hehe.. Selamat mencuba.. :-)

Dry Skin No More..

Lately, I don't have enough sleep at night.. Farrel will wake up once in 1 to 2 hours time, he might be very hungry as he didn't eat that much during the day.. I think I just sleep for about 2 to 3 hours time at night, others tido2 ayam je coz baru je terlelap terpaksa bangun balik to breastfeed Farrel.. Huh~

That explains why my dark circle and eye bag become so obvious for the past 2 3 weeks.. And my skin became quite dry and small pimples start to come out.. Then I realize I have to start my mask routine back.. 

I started to use back my 2 favorite masks every week.. It has been 3 weeks now, I've been using these 2 masks, once a week..The first mask is Mary Kay Botanical Effects Formula 2 (F2) Mask..

This mask deep cleans as it gently exfoliates.. I love it very much coz the first time I use it, I immediately can see the difference.. It makes my skin brighter and all the small pimples started to go away.. :-) Bintik2 halus semua dah takde coz the mask is just like a scrub too.. 

And for my dry skin issue, I use Mary Kay TimeWise Moisture Renewing Gel mask.. When you use it, you can't barely feel like you are wearing a mask coz it is just like the moisturizer.. I just apply it on before bed and wash it the next morning.. Love my skin after that, really soft and smooth and not to mention it feels moisturized.. :-)

A Little Update

It is so hard for me to online nowadays.. Once a day for 5 minutes time is good enough for me to get myself updated on what's happening around me and my friends.. Eventhough I didn't blog everyday but I still try to read all of your blogs and thanks for those who keep on visiting mine..

I did have 3 hours time when Arsyad goes to school, but I can't do much as I need to finish up all my house chores; cooking, laundrying, ironing, vacuuming, moping.. And not to mention need to watch my lil prince, Farrel who is very very active nowadays.. He can crawl very fast now, and able to sit on his own without support.. Did I mention that he just turn to 8 months old last 2 days?? Wow~~ so fast huh?? In 4 months time he'll be 1 year old already.. I still didn't blog about his milestone when he was 6 and 7 months old.. Sorry Farrel I'll try to put it all in one entry InsyaAllah.. I wanna keep it in here just like Arsyad so that I'll read it again one day..

Btw, it has been a month Arsyad went to school.. Alhamdulillah, he didn't cry everytime I sent him there..He seems excited everytime he saw his school from far, but always made a sad face everytime I left him.. Whatever it is, he is just fine.. He loves doing the arts and crafts at school, loves playing with his friends and teachers.. I'm glad that he was having fun.. :-)

He is such a big boy.. I still can remember he used to bring his toys anywhere he goes, but now

he'll left them in the car everytime he went to school.. He'll grab his backpack and bottle water and then walk with me to his class.. I always think that he will have a hard time to adapt as he didn't go to any nursery, always stay with me 24-7 at home.. But I was totally wrong!! Alhamdulillah.. I hope he'll learn something good at school.. :-)

Okay, enough for now.. I was updating my blog in the middle of the night while my babies were sleeping and my hubby is working tonight.. Hope, I can update more often and share some of the testimonials from my Mary Kay's customers.. :-)

Wedding Marathon

Owh my~~ Lamanya tak jenguk blog ni.. 1 entry je for this month.. huhu~ Sabo je la.. Nothing much to say, but been very busy since the last school holiday, and now bila dah ada masa sikit, my macbook plak buat hal.. 

Byk sgt wedding yang wajib pegi, sampai terpaksa rotate baju kurung coz bwk balik baju sikit je.. Haha.. This time around, I managed to snap some of the pictures and I'm kinda of love it.. Love to see the lovely and gorgeous bride, the colorful pelamin and hantaran, and last but not least mkn nasi minyak sampai muak.. Hahaha.. Dah lama tak marathon pegi wedding, this time around Alhamdulillah dpt jgk pegi some of the invitations.. Mana2 yang tak dpt pegi tu, ampun dan maaf dipinta tak dpt sbb pulang ke kampung.. 

This time around I just share some of the pictures laa.. Next entry InsyaAllah I wanna story about my big boy, Arsyad.. Alhamdulillah 2 weeks plus dah pegi school.. Will story more later.. For the time being, enjoy the pictures.. :-)

The Best Eye Cream For You

Most of us always skip this small area at our face. We always apply on the serum and moisturizer on our face but just ignore our eyes, which also need our attention as well. This eye cream helps to diminish darck circles and depuff under eyes. Currently, I'm using this and so far so good. No more eye bags but the dark circles are still there, not as obvious as before. I love the packaging as it is a roll-on one, and once I apply it, I'll feel a cooling sensation then my eyes will feel refresh. The cream smells a bit weird for me, sometimes it does smell like lemon but sometimes not. I don't know how to describe it. But, it doesn't smell bad sampai takle nak pakai langsung kan. Fall In Love with Sugarscarf Hijab!!

When I was pregnant my 1st baby I started to think how on earth I'm going to style myself when I wanna go out with my baby. When he was still a tiny little baby, it was easy for me to wrap myself using my favorite tie rack scarf. Then when he was started to crawl, love to put everything in his mouth, always want us to cuddle and hug him, it became difficult for me wearing the scarf. Coz he'll pull my scarf and put it in his mouth, then it'll ruin my look on that day. I hate it when I've to look myself in a mirror again and again to touch up my hijab.

After discharge from the hospital.. Still can look good right?? :-)

Then, I stumble upon Sugarscarf's website, then started bought few instant hijab from them. At that time, I was looking for something that is not that expensive like Ariani or Munawwarah. So, when I first received them, I was fall in love with the scarf right away. Something veeerrrrryyy interesting to share.. video yang agak panjang tapi tak membosankan.. I wish I was there during the talk.. I love words that Wardina said "Menghijabkan diri dengan kain selendang ini mudah, menghijabkan dalam hati itu lebih sukar".. It is so damn true!!  And another one is "If we feel complete, we don't have to show off" and "Allah akan memberi klau kita mencari".. So, sama-samalah kita mencari keredhaan Allah S.W.T dengan apa cara sekalipun.. :-)
