Missing You..

It has been years my husband didn't go outstation, since Arsyad was born to be exact. So it is not usual for me not having him around, eventho there will be 2 days he'll be working at night, but still it doesn't feel the same.

Right now, I feel like something missing, part of me is missing. I don't wanna be a drama queen here but it does feel like that. Hopefully both of my kids will be fine without his papa. Arsyad already asked few times when papa is coming back and I keep on answering papa will be back on Thursday. Papa was on the aeroplane just now remember?? Anak manja papa kan of coz la keep on asking about his papa..

Hopefully you'll be fine there darling. We miss u so much and can't wait to see u. Love u.. Take care of yourself yea.. mmmuuaahh~

Puding Roti Pelangi Resipi

Dah lama rasenye tak kongsi resipi dalam blog ni kan.. Dah lama tak masuk ke dapur after bulan Ramadhan baru ni, so dapur tak berasap.. Hehe.. Btw, I try this new recipe, sangat senang dan sedap.. Boley la sape2 nak try coz yg I buat ni pon sikit je portion dia.. Takkan membazir klau setakat nak mkn 2 org lebih dari cukup.. Selamat mencuba.. :-)

Bahan-bahan:

10 gram agar-agar serbuk (clear punye yer)

430ml air

1 biji telur

1 tin susu cair Ideal

3 sudu besar susu pekat manis

3 keping roti

3 sudu besar gula pasir

1 sudu besar sunquick

1 sudu teh esen vanilla

Pewarna merah, hijau, kuning dan biru (ikut sesuka hati)

Cara-cara:

1. Masak agar-agar, air dan gula hingga agar-agar dan gula larut dan mendidih
2. Kisar roti bersama telur, susu cair dan susu pekat menggunakan blender hingga sebati
3. Tuang bahan yang dikisar tadi ke dalam periuk agar-agar. Masak dengan api perlahan.
4. Masukkan sunquick dan esen vanilla. Biarkan masak seketika.
5. Asingkan sedikit untuk setiap warna.
6. Kemudian angkat adunan dan tuang ke dalam loyang.
7. Titikkan setiap warna sedikit demi sedikit ke atas adunan td. Pastikan tidak tertuang ke dalam adunan barulah warna tak bercampur. 
8. Sejuk dan hidangkan.

boleh dihidangkan bersama2 kuah kastard.. :-)

Having 1 toddler and 1 baby, both boys are so much fun.. Not to mention it is also very tiring looking after both of them especially when they are having a fight for a toy and when they are chasing with each other and 1 of them will eventually fall.. Haha.. Of course I'll always shouting out loud to make sure they'll play together safely..

Everytime I'm looking at their photos, it makes me smile.. Semua penat lelah terus ilang.. It feels that I did a great job looking after them all by myself.. Semoga anak2 mama membesar dengan sihat, dan menjadi anak2 yang soleh di dunia dan akhirat.. Amin~

I hope it is still not too late to wish all of you Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir dan Batin.. We have 1 more week to go to any open houses before Syawal ends.. Alhamdulillah, syukur Allah masih panjangkan usia kami untuk meraikan bulan yang penuh bahagia ini bersama keluarga dan sanak saudara..

As usual, we celebrate our Eidulfitri at our hometown, Terengganu.. Alhamdulillah I don't have to argue with my darling coz both of us share the same hometown, in fact our house is just nearby.. Lot easier for us, just need to divide equally how many nights we have to stay at one house..hehe..

Our theme this year is silver color.. Actually, we don't have any specific colors.. We just bought the boys' baju melayu first, then I'll figure out which color for my kurung to suit in with them.. Nothing much to story, just makan2 and lots of pictures.. So, just enjoy our family portraits.. :-)
